Last week, the Sigma Cylinders leadership team stepped away from day-to-day operations to build our next three-year plan.
Day one was about clarity. We aligned on where we stand today and where our industry is heading, before agreeing on where we intend to lead it.
Day two was about growth. We stress-tested the markets that will carry us forward and agreed a disciplined path to scale across our region.
Day three was about ownership. Every priority now has a name attached to it. Every commitment has someone accountable for delivering it.
Strategy without ownership is a document. Ownership without clarity is just effort. Sigma Cylinders is building both.
We are not chasing scale for its own sake. We are building the clearest, most decisive leadership position in LPG safe cylinders, globally, and specifically across Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
